Horns for the Pulse 150, Matched to Sample Volume

On an ultrasonic homogenizer the horn sets the working volume. The Pulse 150 covers 0.1 ml to 150 ml, but no single horn spans that range: a horn sized for a microtube cannot couple enough energy into 150 ml, and a large horn overloads a small sample.

These horn accessories fill out the range so one Pulse 150 covers the volumes a lab actually runs, rather than the volume it was ordered for.

Select the horn against the sample volume rather than the tube, and check it against the volume the protocol specifies, not the maximum the instrument can reach.
