Novitain's MC1 Manual Capper can be used for capping 96 tubes in a single action with minimum force required. It is cost effective and made with robust and durable material and has a compact design and easy to use with no installation required. The capper has safe operation and even capping is guaranteed. It is able to cap tubes (up to 1.40 ml) in all ANSI /SLAS format racks up to a maximum height of 48mm. The MC1 is equipped with a height adapter and works on full and partially-full racks . The integrity of the sample is ensured and minimizes cross-contamination. It is compatible with Novitain push caps (TPE or EVA style capmats, capbands and capclusters) and other brands of tubes, caps, and racks.

The Grid Rack 96 is a high-quality polycarbonate storage solution designed to hold 96 (8×12) 1.40ml round bottom tubes securely. It features a pre-labeled 1D barcode, a secure locking system, and is autoclavable up to 100 times for repeated use in laboratory environments.

The Novitain Manual Capper MC2 is an ideal solution for the fast and simple sealing of 50 sample collection tubes in one time. • Stand-alone device. • Easy capping by moving handle forward / reverse. • No adapters needed. • Minimalisation of cross contamination. • Compatible with Novitain Capcluster-50. The Novitain Electric Capper MC3 can cap the following Push Caps on 96-format tubes with internal thread (0.50ml, 0.75ml, 1.10ml, 1.40ml, 2.00ml and 2.50ml) in rack, TPE Capmats, Capbands and Capclusters, and EVA Capmats. For your convenience, it operates without any buttons. Simply pull the drawer out of the capper, place a rack filled with tubes on the drawer, and place a capmat, capband or capcluster on the tubes. Push the drawer inside the capper and the capping will start automatically. The MC3 caps an entire rack of 96 tubes in an average of 7 seconds (depends on the tube height) and features a controlled pressure system for an even capping result. It is compatible with the complete Novitain range of 96-format tubes with internal thread in rack and works with full and partially-full racks (minimum of 10 tubes).

Novitain's TPE Push Caps-Capcluster is a fast, user-friendly and economical solution for short-term sealing of 13mm diameter sample collection tubes in the 50-well format Novitain Rack. After capping tubes, foil can be removed to leave tubes individually capped.

The Manual Decapper-1 removes a single Push Cap and the Manual Decapper-8 removes Push Caps in a row of eight. The Manual Decapper-8 Aluminum removes Push Caps in a row of eight from frozen tubes. All manual decappers provide a quick and easy removal of the TPE Push Caps. They are light weight, remove 1 or 8 Push Caps at once and are easy to use with fast operation.

In order to ensure optimum results these adapters should be matched to your specific rack type and tube height for use in the Novitain MC1 Manual Capper.

The Novitain EVA Push Caps are a cost effective way to securely close sample storage tubes and are compatible with the Novitain tubes.

They resist chemical solvents, are compliant with the US and European Food contact regulations and are free of any detectable RNase or DNase contamination.

The endotoxin level of produced and packaged labware is limited to an acceptable minimum (< 0.01 EU/ml). Novitain labware is manufactured and assembled in-house in a NEN-EN-ISO14644-1 Class 7 certified clean room environment.

The Novitain EVA Capmat is a cost effective way to securely close sample storage tubes with in a 96-well format and is compatible with the Novitain tubes.

It resists chemical solvents, is compliant with the US and European Food contact regulations and is free of any detectable RNase or DNase contamination.
