Run 5 ml Tubes on the BeadBlaster 24

The BeadBlaster 24 is built around 2 ml microtubes. This holder extends it to 5 ml tubes, taking twelve of them per run.

Larger tubes matter where the sample is dilute or the downstream step needs volume: a 2 ml tube forces a split, and a split means two lysis runs to reconcile instead of one. Twelve 5 ml positions is half the throughput in tube count but more than double the volume.

The holder drops into the same instrument, so no second homogenizer is needed for the larger format.
