Refill a Rack With 96 Tubes in One Movement

A refill carrier holds 96 tubes in rack layout and transfers them into an empty rack in a single movement, instead of one tube at a time. For a lab that turns racks over weekly, that is the difference between a two-minute job and a twenty-minute one.

Each tube carries an A1 to H12 position marking, so tubes stay identifiable within a rack even though they are not individually coded. The carriers fit the Micronic Comorack-96 and most other rack brands, which means the system does not force a change of racks.

Supplied as 5 x 10 refill carriers, 4,800 tubes in total, in sterile or non-sterile form.
