HotGuard™ Autoclave Gloves, 14 inch, Leather

Fourteen inches is the number that matters. A short glove protects the hand and leaves the wrist and forearm exposed to the edge of an autoclave chamber, which is where most burns actually happen when a load is pulled out.

Extra-thick cowhide on the outside, heat-resistant cotton on the inside. The lining is what makes them wearable for more than a moment: leather alone conducts heat to the skin, a lined glove does not.

• Fourteen inch length, covering hand, wrist and forearm
