Made from Class VI PP material, each sterile, V-bottom, square well plate is autoclavable, compatible with automation, and provides low-residual liquid with high stability.
The 384 Deep Well Plate by Nest Scientific is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of high-throughput applications. Designed with a V-bottom square well layout and made from high-quality, Class VI polypropylene, this plate supports genomic DNA extraction, plasmid DNA extraction, protein precipitation, and other high-throughput liquid handling tasks. Compatible with multi-channel pipettes and automation equipment, it meets ANSI and SBS standards, making it ideal for use in automated workflows.
Each well plate is sterile, non-pyrogenic, and DNase/RNase free, ensuring sample purity. The plate is autoclavable at 121°C for 20 minutes, can withstand subzero storage temperatures as low as -80°C, and tolerates centrifugation forces of up to 4000g, making it suitable for diverse laboratory environments. With an alphabetical sorting system, cut angle markers for easy orientation, and low heavy metal content, this plate ensures reliable sample tracking and contamination-free sample handling.
